We are seeking dedicated and skilled LPNs and RNs to join our team, providing exceptional care to our residents. At Wolfeboro Bay, our nurses set the tone for exceptional resident care. We’re looking for a confident, compassionate LPNs and RNs who brings strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and a commitment to supporting both residents and fellow caregivers.

Shift: 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: LPN: $36.00 - $42.00 | RN: $44.00 - $49.00

Sign On Bonus: RN $2,500 | LPN $2,000

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans

Requirements:
• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
