Senior Technical Recruiter - Onsite | Lake Forest, IL Ready to make a bigger impact than simply filling requisitions? Our Client is looking for a consultative Senior Technical Recruiter who can partner with hiring leaders, build strong technical talent pipelines, and help shape smarter recruiting strategies. What You’ll Do: Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and technology-focused positions. Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategies, market insights, and candidate profiles. Manage approximately 15-25 active requisitions while maintaining strong candidate pipelines. Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, and diversity-focused channels. Guide candidates through interviews, offers, negotiations, and successful close. What You Bring: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience. Proven experience recruiting for IT, technology, or technical positions. Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing, and talent pipeline expertise. Experience advising hiring managers and navigating competitive talent markets. Excellent communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
