Job Title
This position involves a range of responsibilities related to contract management and performance monitoring for highly complicated supplies.
Duties
The duties include:
- Preparing contracts and advising on Statements of Work or Statements of Objectives for highly complicated supplies.
- Directing and performing post-award negotiations involving contract changes or modifications, change proposals, special agreements, and pricing arrangements.
- Conducting post award conferences to set forth the plan to monitor contractor performance in accordance with the technical and administrative aspects of the contract.
- Analyzing past performance on current and previous orders and evaluating contractor responsibility standards, tooling, engineering authority, and verifying contractors cost estimating and accounting systems.
- Participating in the development of business case analysis costing models to determine the feasibility of applying alternate support solutions.
