Accounts Receivable Specialist - Contract to Hire - Fully On-site

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract to hire role here in San Antonio. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to help with invoicing, collections, cash application, cross-functional support, and month and year end close.

Requirements (Non-Negotiables):

• 4+ years of experience in AR and Cash applications.
• Strong Excel experience with advanced formulas.
• Cash applications and cash posting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Research and process client refunds while following established procedures and deadlines.
• Review accounts receivable and payment records to verify refunds and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze high volumes of financial data and conduct detailed research.
• Post cash receipts and maintain accurate payment records.
• Utilize Excel for data review and financial tracking.
