Customer Success Training Program Coordinator

Year Up is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Success Job Training Program Coordinator to join our nonprofit organization aimed at closing the opportunity divide. This role is pivotal in supporting young adults through a strategic mix of academic learning and hands-on experience, preparing them for customer success roles across various industries. As a coordinator, you will oversee the development and implementation of training materials, monitor participant progress, and ensure our training aligns with the current market demands.
