We are seeking an experienced, reliable, hands-on leader to join a multifamily housing community with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. If you’re ready to start immediately and take pride in keeping a community running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
Position Details
- Position: Maintenance Supervisor/Manager
- Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Pay: $25 – $29per hour (depending on experience)
- Start Date: Immediate Start Available
- Industry: Multifamily Housing
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance team in daily property operations
- Manage and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
- Assist with apartment turns and property upkeep
- Ensure the community is maintained to high quality and safety standards
Requirements
- At least 2 year of apartment or property maintenance experience required
- Must have your own tools
- Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience in multifamily housing preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- HVAC and/or CPO certifications are a plus
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Must be able to start immediately
- Ability to lead a team
