CRM marketing specialist

Описание We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll build compelling email templates, launch multi-channel campaigns, and develop triggered flows that boost user engagement and retention at every stage of the user lifecycle. Your main metrics will include open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, user retention, and unsubscribe rate. Задачи Own the CRM strategy, roadmap, and campaign calendar across email, push notifications, and in-app messages. Design, launch, and continuously improve automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation. Develop audience segmentation and personalization based on user behavior and customer data across B2C and B2B audiences. Define CRM KPIs and work with the analytics team to connect campaign performance with product and business outcomes. Plan and run A/B tests and holdout experiments to measure incremental impact and turn findings into actionable improvements. Own the technical CRM setup, including campaign automation, event triggers, tool integrations, and data flows, ensuring deliverability and technical reliability through ongoing monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
