Delivery Consultant

We're looking for an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join our expanding Charlotte office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys candidate delivery and wants to specialise in the Change & Technology Insurance market. Working within our established Insurance division, you'll partner with experienced Business Development Consultants, owning the delivery process from candidate qualification through to placement across both permanent and contract recruitment. The Opportunity As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Business Development team by identifying, engaging and delivering exceptional talent across the Property & Casualty, Life, Broker, MGA and InsurTech markets. Your responsibilities will include: Partnering with experienced Business Development Consultants to deliver Change & Technology professionals into the Insurance market. Attending client calls to develop a thorough understanding of hiring requirements. Building and managing candidate pipelines across multiple live assignments. Proactively sourcing and headhunting high‑calibre candidates through a variety of channels. Managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial qualification through to offer management and placement. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience while working at pace across multiple searches. Recruiting across both permanent and contract opportunities. What We're Looking For 2–4+ years of agency recruitment experience Strong delivery experience within Technology recruitment Experience managing multiple vacancies while delivering against KPIs and SLAs Experience recruiting across permanent and/or contract markets. About You You'll be someone who enjoys the pace and challenge of agency recruitment and takes pride in delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
