Our 10-week paid summer internship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive and immersive experience. You will partner with leaders across Service, Finance, HR, Data & Analytics, and other business functions to support planning activities, analyze performance metrics, and help advance key strategic priorities.The ideal candidate should be local to the Fort Mill office during the time of the internship and will work on a hybrid schedule.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business performance data and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.Support strategic planning activities, including research, analysis, and development of materials for leadership discussions.Assist in the creation of executive presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership audiences.Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information, track progress on initiatives, and support business management processes.Conduct research on industry trends, client service strategies, and market developments to inform business recommendations.Support organizational planning activities including headcount, budget, and operational reporting processes.Participate in special projects and departmental initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and execution.Help streamline processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the Service organization.What Are We Looking For?We're looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
