What does the role look like:

Schedule calls and statements with appropriate parties

Request property damage estimate and photos

Gather subrogation ledgers and communicate with carriers

Obtain medical payment ledgers

Provide treatment status to the insurance adjusters

Follow up, follow up, follow up

Plan documents, mailings, demands documentation, etc etc

Requirements

What do I need to bring:

Critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills

Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems

Transferable medical office or auto insurance office experience

Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus, but not necessary

Office onsite role

Compensation package:

$45-52k annually
