Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a positive demeanor, contributing to our close-knit team culture while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Perform clinical procedures including cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation.
• Collaborate with medical staff and contribute to unit-based council meetings.
• Assist in maintaining a positive work environment and supportive team culture.
• Participate in self-scheduling and team-driven initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Must hold Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience is required; 2 years preferred.
• Candidates must be team-oriented, flexible, and possess an upbeat attitude.
