Assistant Genetic Counselor

Supporting the Clinical Affairs team, the remote Genetic Counseling Assistant will manage genetic testing orders, organize clinical documentation, and maintain internal databases while gaining exposure to the clinical side of genetic testing. Key responsibilities Assist with tracking genetic testing orders and ensuring timely processing Support the organization and management of clinical documentation and provider communications Help maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, and records related to genetic testing workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, biology, genetics, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with digital tools, databases, and spreadsheets Interest in genetics, genetic counseling, or healthcare preferred but not required
