Operations Manager

Job TitleResponsibilities:Ensures the implementation production schedule is met.Ensures survey system resources are used effectively.Coordinates the resolution of survey-related problems.Ensures proper relationships are established between stakeholders to facilitate the delivery services.Supervises staff operations.Manages the Integrated Master Schedule for on time delivery and conflict resolution.Required Experience/Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree. Additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree allowedFive (5) years IMS experience with at least two (2) years leading scheduling personnelAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online) is required, with Microsoft Project certification(s) preferredDemonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, task dependencies, and CDRL deliveriesExperience with schedule health metrics (e.g., DCMA 14-point check) and Schedule Metric Analysis – such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.Must be available during core hours (0900-1500) and available onsite at Fort Belvoir, as requestedSpecial Requirements/Security Clearance:Active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information
