Role Summary The purpose of the position is to oversee development and execution of our Client Education and AI Education strategy (Internal and Client-Facing) within our B2B distribution units. ResponsibilitiesThis position sits on the Global Client Skills team in the Global Sales Management organization within Global Distribution. The purpose of the position is to oversee development and execution of our Client Education and AI Education strategy within our B2B distribution units. This scope for AI Education includes both Client and Interna TRP B2B Client-facing professional education. As our institutional and intermediary clients are increasingly focused on timely and impactful education offers, this role is integral to positioning T. Rowe Price to deepen relationships and maximize value delivered.This newly created role will be supported by the mature training infrastructure maintained by the Client Skills team, including close stakeholder relationships, robust on-demand and live learning structures, landing pages, video learning and AI-enabled processes.This role will partner closely with the TRP Lab, the GD AI team, and the Investments AI team to develop and deliver AI-focused Client Education and Internal programming designed specifically with our top B2B clients and client-facing associates in mind.This position represents an opportunity to work cross-functionally across many areas of T. Rowe Price, including Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Technology, Investments and the Investment Institute. The associate who fills this role will have the opportunity to learn and grow in many ways through experience, exposure, and formal learning opportunities.The right candidate has a passion for constant learning, leveraging technology, and partnering with our top Relationship Managers and leadership teams to drive a differentiated education experience with an AI focus. Program design, delivery, and scaling are all critically important to success in this role.QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND8+ years of total relevant work experiencePreferred:Financial Services backgroundSales, Sales Training, and/or Enablement/Technology ExperienceChange management mindset and skillsetFINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
