For additional information visit The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring an Accounting Coordinator to provide support to the Senior VP - Controller, Accounting Directors and Accounting staff. Job Duties: Provide support for SR VP-Controller, Accounting Directors and Accounting staff. Post journal entries in Allscripts application within monthly time constraints. Prepare daily cash deposit with monthly reconciliation and journal entry. Prepare daily Revenue and Census report, distribute and prepare quarterly operating statistics. Input various AP invoices into the Allscripts application. Review EE expense reports and prepare daily electronic funding approval forms. Prepare allocation spreadsheets for inter-company journal entries. Assist with UHS/UHT annual meeting preparation. Other combined duties, including preparation of various financial spreadsheets, ordering of supplies, coordination of off-site storage, preparation of Audit committee minutes, conference room booking, and Universal Health Realty Income Trust tax return mailings and Securities and Exchange Commission documentation filing. SEC rep letter for 8-K, UHT tax returns. UHS facilities count 10-k property exhibit.
