The On Site Coordinator plays a vital role in managing large teams and ensuring smooth daily operations at facility locations. Reporting directly to Senior Management, this role involves overseeing on-site activities, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining clear communication among staff. The position requires working shift hours, including weekends, to provide consistent supervision and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and coordinate team activities for a large group (16+ members)
• Supervise on-site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to plans
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Prepare and submit regular reports to Senior Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in coordination or event management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate well within a team setting
