Sales Representative - Los Angeles, CA - Sports Medicine

Stryker seeks a field-based sales representative for its Sports Medicine division in Los Angeles. The role involves promoting medical devices to healthcare providers, conducting product demonstrations, and managing territory sales while serving as a subject matter expert on Stryker products.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell sports medicine products to healthcare facilities and practitioners
- Prepare and lead sales presentations and product demonstrations in clinical settings
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to develop strategic goals and targets
- Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product usage, maintenance, and clinical applications
- Manage territory analysis, inventory reporting, pricing negotiations, and customer problem-solving
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or five years of commercial or medical field sales experience
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical fields
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate automobile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills across multiple channels
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close deals consistently
- Subject matter expertise or willingness to develop deep product knowledge
Compensation: $50,000 base salary, eligible for commission and/or bonuses, plus benefits
