Job Description Urologist Opportunity - Cooperstown, NY *$60,000 Residency Stipend, Generous Sign-On Bonus, Competitive Compensation Package and Visa Sponsorship Available.* Position Details FT, permanent Join an established group of 3 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians 180-Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians Full Support Staff including APCs with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital with APC taking 1st Inpatient Call State-of-the-Art OR s with one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical System Salary Range: $515,000 - $619,000 with significant incentive potential. This compensation range represents good-faith belief in the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. Health system offers physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment. Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000 Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws.
