About the Role:
KLKS Solutions Inc is looking for a driven and motivated Lead Sales Associate to join our growing team in Reno, NV! In this role, you'll take the lead on building customer relationships, driving revenue, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. If you're passionate about sales and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships
Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales associates to meet and exceed team targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share
Conduct product presentations and consultative sales conversations with prospective clients
Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasting
Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and improve team efficiency
Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior sales role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
