We are seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for Outdoor Living projects: paver patios, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, water and fire features, paver driveways, covered patios, decks...etc
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Communicate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers and clients when necessary
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or another related field
- Strong communication and leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
