Residential Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for Outdoor Living projects: paver patios, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, water and fire features, paver driveways, covered patios, decks...etc

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Communicate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers and clients when necessary
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or another related field
Strong communication and leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
