Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor and delivery nursing care, including postpartum care and triage.
• Administer medications and manage patient pain effectively.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and provide neonatal resuscitation.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor maternal and fetal health indicators.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding childbirth and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Active RN license in Oklahoma at the time of submission.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP required.
• Proficient in using Meditech charting system.
• Experience with administering various therapies and conducting newborn assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-stress situations with strong communication skills.
