The Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in coordinating the overall guest experience while delivering outstanding service, accuracy, and hospitality. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and exceptional teamwork within a high-energy, theatrical dining environment.

Starting base salary of $60,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based Quarterly Bonus program with a target of 15% of the base salary.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the team in providing attentive and professional service throughout the dining experience.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure Kobe standards are met.
• Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Promote menu items, specials, and guest feedback programs.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both guests and team members.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position and move about the workspace for extended periods.
• Must be able to frequently move equipment or materials weighing up to 50–60 lbs.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
