Recovery Specialist CPRC (5397)

Duties and Responsibilities Complaint with funding source, contract and or program's Annex A Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure. Attend regularly scheduled supervisions, stakeholder meetings, community board meetings, and other programmatic meetings as needed. Maintain a minimum quarterly telephone contact with members to determine how the client is doing and offer assistance where needed. Assist members in developing a service plan that identifies needed skills and services. Assist members in developing and carrying out their service plans by assisting them in accessing needed resources through recovery coaching, including, but not limited to, assistance with phone and online communication, and face‑to‑face appointments. Assist Administrative Assistants and volunteers, as needed, with routine office tasks such as answering telephones, front‑desk coverage, and photocopying materials for the center as necessary. Assist members by providing educational workshops that address community needs. Assist individuals in a hospital setting who have experienced an overdose. Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Director or the Program Coordinator when needed. Provide transportation for clients to recovery center, popup facility, and activities as needed.
