Location: GloucesterCounty, NJ Job Type/Status: Part Time Salary: $22.50 per hour Position Summary: Center For Family Services is seeking an experiencedindividual to join our Recovery Center Team as the Associate Peer ServicesCoordinator. The Peer Services Coordinatorwill be responsible forplanning, implementing, and supervising the events, activities, and servicesthat support the mission of Center Peer Recovery Center. Responsibilities and Duties: AssistSenior Peer Services Coordinator with planning, implementing, andsupervisingthe events, activities, and services that support themission of the CPRC Assistindividuals to improve their health and wellness, live a self-directedlife, and reachtheir full potential. Provideservices to ensure that individuals are both informed about and able toaccess thefull range of medical and treatment opportunities or othersupport services, such as legal, financial, educational, vocational, oremployment counseling, that may be available to them at the time theindividual chooses to use them. Useengagement skills to motivate and encourage individuals to voluntarilyaccessservices that would assist them in maintaining a healthylifestyle. Assistmembers in developing a service plan that identifies needed skills andservices. Assistmembers in developing and carrying out their service plans by assistingthem inaccessing needed resources through recovery coachingincluding, but not limited to, assistance with phone and onlinecommunication, and face to face appointments. AssistOutreach Coordinator and volunteers, as needed. Including but not limitedto,routine office tasks, including answering telephones, front deskcoverage, photocopying materials for the CPRC as necessary. Assistrecovery center members by providing educational work shop that addresstheneed of the community. Responsiblefor other duties asassigned by the Senior Peer Services CoordinatororProgram Director when needed. Requirements: HighSchool Diploma or GED is required Bachelor'sLevel Degree in Psychology, Addiction Services, or related field,preferred. Twoyears' experience in organizational leadership and social servicespreferred TheServices Coordinator must possess the knowledge, skills and experiencenecessary to competently perform activities. Expectedto work nights and weekends to meet the needs of the program. Requirescar, valid registration, insurance and a valid Driver License for at least3 years Federaland State regulations requireemployees in this position to be fullyvaccinated. According to the CDC, fully vaccinated means to have receivedthe initial vaccination(s) and at least one booster shot. As youapply for this position, you will be required to be fullyvaccinated.
