Here's What You'll Be Doing:

Prep Like a Pro
Before a single incision, you'll be setting the stage - organizing sterile drapes, instruments, and all the right tools for a smooth operation.

Support in the Moment
You'll be right there in the OR, handing off instruments, anticipating needs, and keeping the environment sterile and focused.

Know Your Gear
You'll operate and maintain surgical equipment, ensuring everything's working properly before and during procedures.

Protect Patients with Precision
Sterile technique isn't just a skill - it's your second nature. Infection prevention and patient safety are always your top priorities.

Clean-Up with Care
After the procedure, you'll help clean and reprocess instruments, making sure the room's ready for whatever comes next.

What You Bring to the Table:

• You're a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• You've got your CST certification through NBSTSA (or equivalent)
• You're laser-focused on details, even in high-stress moments
• You work well on a team and communicate like a pro
• Experience in a surgical setting is awesome - but if you're just getting started, we'd still love to meet you!
