The Opportunity As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will lead consulting engagements across large organizations, developing business cases and total cost of occupancy models. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire others to deliver quality while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead consulting projects for large organizations in finance. Develop thorough business cases and cost models. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve exceptional standards. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients. Identify opportunities for business development and growth. Oversee project execution and maintain quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, or Architecture. At least 5 years of experience in consulting engagements. What Sets You Apart Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate preferred. Professional certifications such as LEED AP or WELL AP preferred. Domain knowledge across corporate real estate and facilities management. Experience in lease administration and capital planning. Proficiency in financial analysis and project management. Understanding of sustainability practices in real estate. Ability to develop strategic real estate initiatives. Familiarity with market trends and property valuation. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
