Senior Maintenance Technician - HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing

City Of Columbia

The City of Columbia SC is looking for a skilled maintenance worker responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. This role requires physical ability and a strong understanding of building trade skills. Candidates should have a high school diploma, four years of relevant experience, and preferably journeyman and HVAC certifications. A valid South Carolina Class 'D' Driver’s License is required.
