Very competitive compensation and an exceptional benefits package Great team, company culture, and work environment Strong career growth potential Job Details Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume visual inspections of metal stampings, fasteners, and assemblies to identify surface defects, burrs, or inconsistencies. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions against engineering drawings and CAD specifications. Monitor production lines to ensure parts meet rigorous automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements. Document and record inspection results accurately within the ERP (Plex) system. Communicate quality issues immediately to production supervisors and engineering teams to minimize scrap and rework. Requirements & Qualifications Must Haves High School Diploma or equivalent. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a high-speed environment. Basic understanding of blueprint reading and technical specifications. Nice to Haves Previous experience in an automotive manufacturing or stamping environment. Familiarity with ERP software (Plex) or digital quality tracking tools.
