Job Details Title: Physical Therapist Location/Work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, and you see the whole patient as an individual, designing programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You adapt to patient needs, find joy in varied settings, collaborate with peers, and refer patients to additional care when needed. You serve as a teacher, training patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience.
