We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the State College, PA area. This position is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid after 30 days of employment. To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing & meet performance expectations, and be in the role and status for which you were hired!
