QA Lab Technician

Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a QA Lab Technician to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician, you will be part of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Lab Technician

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $20.95

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

and 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM rotating schedule

What's the Job?

• Perform routine laboratory testing including pH, salt, color, drained weights, and viscosity measurements

• Conduct environmental monitoring and allergen swabbing to ensure food safety compliance

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as FoodScan and Mohr titration devices

• Document test results accurately and enter data into SAP system

• Support quality audits, calibration, and equipment maintenance activities

What's Needed?

• Experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of food safety systems, GMPs, and environmental monitoring programs

• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and QA documentation

• Proficiency in SAP and spreadsheet-based systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
