I’ve been a State Farm agent since 1992, bringing more than three decades of experience to the agency and earning multiple State Farm honors and qualifications along the way. I’m also a proud graduate of Southern Methodist University. Throughout my career, I’ve focused not only on building a successful agency, but also on creating an environment where team members can develop rewarding, long-term careers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Cynthia D'Amico - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
