About Our Client

A privately held regional general contractor with over 40 years in business and approximately $40M in annual revenue. The firm specialises in ground‑up light commercial construction and is known for long‑standing client relationships, strong retention, and a family‑oriented culture.

Job Description

* Lead ground‑up commercial builds from mobilisation to close‑out

* Coordinate multiple trades working in parallel schedules

* Oversee self‑performed site, concrete, and carpentry work

* Maintain safety, quality, and daily production targets

* Resolve field issues quickly in compressed project timelines

The Successful Applicant

* Ground‑up commercial construction experience required

* Strong understanding of site work and utilities

* Experience managing self‑performed labour crews

* Comfortable working on 90‑day to 6‑month schedules

* Stable work history; not a former business owner

What's on Offer

* $90,000-$145,000 base salary, depending on experience

* Daily per diem of $50-$75 with hotel provided

* Vehicle, fuel, and travel expenses covered
