Primary Duties And Functions

• Deliver internal and external guest service the Skytop way, going above and beyond
• Responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to other employees and coworkers to provide superior guest service
• Responsible for all day-to-day operations
• Meets all financial goals in accordance to budget
• Works closely with the chef and other managers to create an atmosphere of teamwork
• Ensures accurate and timely submission of payroll
• Attends all mandatory meetings
• Follow up with guest feedback in a timely fashion
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in high pressure situations
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Availability

Must be available weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in upscale restaurant as supervisor/management *required*
• 1+ year working with wine/spirit service*required*
• Demonstrates interpersonal sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Must be able to work in a team
• Must be able to stand entire shift
• Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and walking.
• Responsible for: Keys, cash handing and inventory.
• Hazards encountered: Hot cooking equipment, sharp knives can be dangerous if used in a careless manner. Wet or slippery floors and some cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if directions are not followed.

Educational requirements: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Simple arithmetic.

Personal requirements: Self-aware, clean, friendly, professional, organized, and self-motivated.

Prior experience: Knowledge of food handling, supervisory experience, and customer service.
