You’ll work closely with your team to deliver outstanding customer service and manage ordering and inventory. Physical Setting Cafe Quick serve Pay $19 - $21 What Supervisors Do Helping to manage product ordering Managing cash handling Create and maintain a positive work environment Managing and enforcing food safety procedures Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team Qualifications Experience with managing orders in a high volume environment Proven leadership skills Strong communication and organizational skills Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!) Full-time availability What We Offer Competitive Pay - Our pay structure includes an hourly base rate of $15.50 / hour for a Supervisor and is combined with hourly tips. The yearly average for hourly tips at this location is an additional $5 per hour.
