Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE TRC Talent Solutions is currently seeking Assembly Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility in West Point, GA. As an Assembly Technician, you will work as part of a team to assemble products and components while meeting quality, safety, and production standards. Rotate through various production tasks and workstations as needed. Operate machinery and equipment safely, including hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Perform assembly and material handling activities while maintaining quality standards. Prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferred. Tools & Equipment: Familiarity with assembly tools, hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical and exertional work throughout the shift. Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Attendance: Strong attendance history and commitment to reliability. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
