Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:00 Start

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting across night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as operationally required
• Complete required facility modules prior to start and during orientation as assigned
• Adhere to all scheduling commitments, including working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (Charge RNs and Leads accepted)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at a different rate)
• Facility does not accept candidates with Nursys or background check hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a travel or contract nursing capacity
• Familiarity with ICU workflows in a large acute care hospital environment
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and willingness to float as needed
