Join Our Dynamic Urology Team as a Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated full-time nurse practitioner to provide exceptional care within our fast-paced Urology team located in Richland, Washington. You will collaborate with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in this vibrant practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in emergency department call duties
• Assist in the operating room as a first assist
• Provide care in the outpatient clinic setting
• Engage in a rotating schedule that includes clinic, inpatient, emergency department, and first assist responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in Urology and operating room settings is preferred
• Familiarity with robotics-assisted technology is advantageous
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Working Conditions

This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with 36 hours dedicated to patient interaction. Enjoy a balanced work-life in the sunny southeast region of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates
• Annual salary ranges from $138,712 to $184,404, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may be available
