Provider Type: Physician Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 15 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: NA Minimum Board Certification: Eligible Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in OR only We are looking at 3-4 days/week for this locum physician - those workdays are flexible, however, two of those work days will need to be Mondays and Fridays due to clinic capacity/space limitation, and staffing resources for medical assistants. Experience in CAR T-Cell Therapy is a bonus. Bone Marrow Biopsies required. Patient mix of 70%-80% malignant heme and 20%-30% classic heme. Providers are required to have an active OR license and must be board certified or BE within 5 years of residency. We do prefer providers that are BC and are more than 5 years out of their residency though.
