Operations Specialist (Part-Time/Hybrid) The Quality Coach® | Washington, MO Area | Hybrid 20–25 Hours per Week Do you enjoy creating order, supporting people, coordinating projects, and making things happen behind the scenes? The Quality Coach® is seeking a highly organized Operations Specialist to support our leadership development programs, client experiences, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Coordinate leadership programs, workshops, and client engagements. Support the CRM and Learning Management System (Zoho & TalentLMS). Create professional PowerPoint/Google Slide presentations, participant materials, and program resources. Support social media, newsletters, and marketing communications. Coordinate local events, meetings, and workshops. Maintain office supplies, program materials, and inventory. Help create an exceptional experience for every client and participant. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. CRM experience Comfortable learning new technology. A positive, proactive, client-service mindset. Located within driving distance of Washington, Missouri. Why Join The Quality Coach®?
