Join Manual Edge Physiotherapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, where exceptional patient care meets clinical excellence. Founded in 2009 with locations in Colorado Springs and Monument, we are built around a true one-on-one manual therapy model. Our clinicians treat in private rooms with 50–55 minute visits, averaging ~9 patients per day, allowing you to focus on quality care - not volume.

We're a collaborative, close-knit team that values mentorship, professional growth, and continued learning. With on-site manual therapy education opportunities, flexible scheduling options (4 day option available), Clinicient EMR, and AI documentation support to reduce admin time, Manual Edge provides the environment for clinicians to do their best work!

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $80K-85K + $5K Sign On Bonus + average less than 9 patients per day, and 1:1 treatment model! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. 4 day work week option available!
