A Norcross based B2B Cabinet distribution center is seeking an Entry level Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to work in the Showroom! 1+ year experience required. Hours are Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm. Pay starts at $17 per hour and once perm, pay increases and benefits will be offered.
Customer Service for Norcross Showroom
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Pay Rate: $17/hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and support showroom visitors (handle several calls and visitors daily)
- Perform other administrative assignments
- Record all walk-in customers
- Answer basic questions related to our cabinets
- Learn basic knowledge about cabinets
- Direct customers to the correct pickup location
- Process payments for walk-in customers
- Bilingual ability is a plus (English–Spanish)
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and process customer orders
- Ability to cross-reference payment status in the database
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused and reliable
- Retail customer service experience required
- Experience answering phone calls
