Test Automation Engineer - Capgemini

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium, Java, and Python. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable rapid feedback. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to define test strategies and coverage. Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. Document test frameworks, best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements 3+ years of experience in test automation for web and API applications. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git). Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex test failures.
