Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

The Revenue Cycle Management Specialist is responsible for performing key revenue cycle, patient access, outreach, and enrollment functions to support accurate billing, timely reimbursement, patient access to care, and financial sustainability across Centerpoint Health. This position supports the day-to-day management of patient accounts, insurance eligibility and verification, claims processing, payment posting, denial follow-up, accounts receivable activities, and patient financial assistance and coverage enrollment.The Revenue Cycle Management Specialist serves as a resource for resolving complex payer, claim, eligibility, and patient account issues and works collaboratively with the Revenue Cycle Management, Outreach and Enrollment, Front Business Office, and clinical teams to promote accurate information, efficient workflows, and positive patient experiences.The position works closely with the Director of Revenue Cycle Management and other designated leadership to identify revenue cycle issues, support compliance with payer requirements, assist with audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance reimbursement, patient access, and operational efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
