Inventory Coordinator

Inventory Coordinator The Inventory Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient material movement between the warehouse, yard, and field locations. This position works closely with operations, procurement, and field teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems to support daily operations Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock based on operational demand Coordinate procurement, delivery, and logistics of materials and equipment Maintain accurate inventory records, including catalog numbers and material descriptions Organize warehouse and yard areas for efficient storage, labeling, and handling Oversee inventory counts and ensure compliance and accuracy Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure material availability Schedule maintenance for yard equipment (forklifts, telehandlers, etc.) Maintain SDS documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, COPAS) Review material requests and coordinate staging and delivery Track KPIs related to inventory and identify areas for improvement Support safe work practices and adhere to all HSE policies Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, material management, or warehouse operations (oil & gas preferred) Working knowledge of inventory systems and processes Experience with SAP or similar systems required Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly High school diploma or equivalent required Summary Crosby Energy Services is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support field operations in Pecos/Mentone, TX. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating material flow, and ensuring equipment and supplies are available to support production. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and material logistics within the oil and gas industry.
