This individual is responsible for training, and development of all sales staff.Ensure sales goals are attainedManage daily activity and training of the sales staffEnsure salespeople are engaging with customersAddress and resolve customer concernsWhat You'll Bring2+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager REQUIREDPrevious work history of leading a high performing sales team REQUIREDDomestic experience a PLUSCDK knowledge a PLUSAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsThe California salary pay range for this position is $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Department Net and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Net PVR and Product Penetration.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
