ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

BÜNDA Westlake Village is looking for a motivated, outgoing and sales-driven Assistant Sales Manager to help grow our studio and continue to build our incredible community.

Reporting to our Regional Operations Manager, this is a hands-on sales role focused on new member acquisition, lead conversion, follow-up and community outreach. We’re looking for someone who loves talking to people, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, knows how to follow up without giving up, and gets excited about closing a sale.

This is not a position where you wait for people to walk through the door. You’ll actively work leads, create new opportunities, build relationships, and help turn prospective clients into long-term BÜNDA members.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive new membership sales and help achieve weekly and monthly studio sales goals
• Respond quickly to incoming leads and consistently follow up via calls, texts and email
• Build relationships with prospective members, understand their goals and confidently recommend the right membership
• Conduct studio tours, prospective member consultations and sales conversations
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up with Intro Offers, unsold prospects and older leads
• Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline with notes and next steps
• Conduct outbound prospecting and actively generate new leads
• Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations and community partners
• Participate in events, pop-ups and grassroots marketing opportunities
• Generate referrals and identify new business opportunities
• Track sales activity, conversions and KPIs
• Support the Regional Operations Manager with sales initiatives, reporting and execution
• Help create an energetic, welcoming and high-touch experience for every prospective and current member
• Support front desk staff with studio operational tasks, making sure the studio runs smoothly
• Engage with clients and upsell merchandise and products
• Represent BÜNDA professionally and enthusiastically in the studio and throughout the Camarillo community
• In addition to sales responsibilities, perform front desk duties — including member check-in, equipment cleaning, studio reset, and general member support — when you are the only team member scheduled for the shift.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re competitive, organized, personable, and hungry to sell. You don’t need someone reminding you to follow up—you want to know where every prospect stands and what it will take to get them across the finish line.

• Previous sales experience; fitness, wellness, hospitality or membership sales is a must
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence making outbound calls and having direct sales conversations
• Ability to handle objections and close
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Experience working toward sales goals and KPIs
• An outgoing personality and genuine interest in people
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• Passion for fitness and the BÜNDA brand
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
• Mariana Tek and XPLR Growth experience is a plus.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

This is a performance-driven sales position. Key metrics will include lead response and follow-up, appointments booked, Intro Offer conversion, membership conversion, new memberships sold, outbound sales activity, referrals and new leads generated through community and B2B outreach.

• Part-time position, up to 30 hours a week
