Healthcare Analyst - Remote Nationwide

We are looking for a provider data analyst who will review, audit, and improve provider data quality to ensure compliance and accuracy. Remote work is available from any location within the United States. Schedule Monday – Friday, standard business hours based on the candidate’s time zone. Primary Responsibilities The role is part of a strategic market team supporting complex employer groups within local markets. Facilitate client‑specific insights and content for various client engagements. Automate and distill compelling, actionable, value‑based insights from data and reporting. Navigate data, tools, and related resources to create stories with actionable insights. Communicate information openly and professionally as a subject‑matter expert for the market strategic team. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 2 years in an analytic role (recent college graduates considered). Intermediate or higher proficiency with Office 365. Knowledge of healthcare cost and quality topics. Preferred Qualifications Experience with analytic platforms such as Power BI, or programming languages such as Python or R. Background in data analytics, data science, or statistics. Pay & Benefits The salary for this role ranges from $60,200 to $107,400 annually for full‑time employment, depending on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.
