Won't you join us?Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse or production area.- Load and unload trucks, stack and store materials in designated areas.- Perform routine pre and post-operational forklift inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.- Communicate and coordinate with other team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks.- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, including quantities, locations, and timestamps.- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse or production floor.- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to forklift operation and safety.- Participate in training programs to stay updated on forklift operation best practices.Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.- Valid forklift operator certification/license.- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or production environment.- Strong knowledge of forklift operation and safety procedures.- Ability to operate forklifts in a variety of environments, including narrow aisles and tight spaces.- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of forklift operation.- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
