Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFeFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessionsWork closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, business stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, priorities, and deliverablesDevelop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and release schedulesMonitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategiesTrack and report project performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and release readinessEnsure alignment between project objectives and business goalsManage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updatesDrive continuous process improvement and Agile best practices across teamsCoordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standardsSupport change management activities and facilitate organizational Agile adoptionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8 years of project management experience including 3 years managing Agile projectsStrong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and practicesExperience managing software development or digital transformation projectsProficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or RallyExcellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsExperience working with distributed and cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsPMP Project Management Professional certificationCertified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certificationExperience in cloud, DevOps, data, or enterprise application projectsKnowledge of Lean principles and Agile portfolio managementThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is View phone number on click.appcast.io.
